Returns and Exchanges Policy
This policy applies to online orders placed through https://myjumanji.ge/. Returns and exchanges are handled by Individual Entrepreneur Avtandil Shanvadze (identification number: 01013024144).
1. Return and exchange window
Subject to the exceptions provided by Georgian law, a customer may withdraw from an online order without giving a reason within 14 calendar days after receiving the product.
After sending notice of withdrawal, the product must be returned without undue delay and no later than 7 calendar days. Requests to exchange an eligible product that is not short-dated are also accepted within 14 calendar days after receipt.
2. How to request a return or exchange
Send a clear written notice through the same electronic channel used to place the order, or contact us at +995 577 14 44 90. Include the customer's name, order and receipt dates, the product to be returned, and a clear statement of the decision to return it.
Contact us before sending or bringing back the product so that the receiving time and, where necessary, transport details can be agreed.
3. Product condition
The customer may inspect a product only to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. The customer is responsible for any diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary for that purpose.
Where possible, the product should be returned complete with its accessories and packaging. Damage to packaging does not by itself remove a statutory right, although diminished value caused by excessive use or damage may be taken into account.
4. Exceptions to the right of return
The right to return or exchange a product without giving a reason does not apply in cases provided by law, including:
- perishable products or products with a short shelf life;
- short-dated products sold at a special price where the website clearly identified the product as short-dated and fewer than 14 days of shelf life remained upon receipt;
- sealed products that have been unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for health-protection or hygiene reasons;
- products made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised;
- other cases excluded from the right of withdrawal by applicable law.
These exceptions do not limit the customer's rights where a product is defective, differs from the order, or was inaccurately described on the website.
5. Return costs
- Where a return is made because the customer changed their mind and the product is neither defective nor incorrectly supplied, the customer pays the direct cost of returning the product to the relevant branch.
- Where a product is defective, damaged, different from the order, or supplied incorrectly by Jumanji, Jumanji pays the necessary cost of return or replacement.
6. Refunds
Upon withdrawal, the product price and any amount paid for the original standard delivery will be refunded. Additional cost resulting from the customer's choice of a more expensive, non-standard delivery method is not refundable.
The refund will be made no later than 14 calendar days after notice of withdrawal is received, using the same means of payment unless another secure method is agreed with the customer. Jumanji may withhold the refund until the product is received or the customer supplies evidence of having sent it back, whichever occurs first.
7. Defective or incorrectly supplied products
If a product is defective or does not conform to the order, the customer may request free repair or replacement, a price reduction, or withdrawal from the contract where applicable under Georgian law. Jumanji bears the necessary costs of replacement and bringing the product into conformity.

9. Statutory rights
This policy does not limit any consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable Georgian law. If this policy conflicts with a mandatory legal rule, the applicable law prevails.
